Cdot Colorado road conditions
Colorado department of transportation Cdot Colorado road conditions will be very dodgy, along with everything else in Denver this weekend.
Colorado Department of Transportation will start another preject funded by the ARRA the following week.
Cdot Colorado road conditions were already a cause for concern, due to heavy transportation this weekend for major sporting events.
Bad Colorado road conditions and weather are a part of life this time of year in Denver, but the weather will rarely come under as much scrutiny as it will for the next few days.
The Colorado winter weather is already off to a head start, as temperatures will be in the 20's tonight, at best. The worst case scenarios for getting the two Phillies-Rockies games in may be at hand if things don't get a little better.
But Rockies fans may wonder why they should brave the road conditions and public transportation, if the game itself may not even happen. Game 3 will be played in below freezing temperatures, and Game 4 tomorrow night doesn't look any better.
From 1991 to 2003, CDOT widened U.S. 285, in five phases, from two to four lanes between Parmalee Gulch Road and Conifer. In 2007, work was completed on a project that widened approximately two miles of U.S. 285, from two to four lanes, between Conifer (Foxton Road) and Richmond Hill. It included a new interchange at Richmond Hill Road. Currently, a new interchange is nearing completion near Deer Creek, at the intersection of Highway 285 and County Roads 43 and 72.
You can find more information about this project and others will be available at www.dot.state.co.us/TravelInfo/currentcond/ or by calling 511.
